Cancellation Policy

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the very best service and accommodate all appointment and class requests, we must maintain a Cancellation Policy.

As all services are provided by appointment/reservation, and this class space is reserved for your use, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class time to avoid being charged. This will allow us to offer the appointment or class space time to another client. This applies to all packages including monthly packages.

When offered, Monthly unlimited package clients will be charged $15 for No Show or for cancelling less than 12 hours.  Clients using a standard "class count" package or “monthly renewal” package will have a class deducted from their package. If using a Gift Certificate or utilizing a Promotional Session and the appointment is cancelled late or no-show, you forfeit the missed session.

A no-show or late cancel (less than 24 hours) for a Personal Training session will result in a charge of the full value of the individual session.  Please understand that our trainer may have planned his/her day and schedule around you.

If new to a class, we strongly recommend arriving a few minutes early so that we can meet you and better prepare you for the class in order to maximize your experience. We urge everyone to be on time for their class, as some of our classes start with technical descriptions that will aid in your results. If late, the trainer reserves the right to block entrance into class so as not to disrupt or take time out from the rest of the attendees.

All cancellations must be made through the Mind Body App.  Please refrain from asking your trainer to do so.

All packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, can not be shared, and must be used by specified expiration date. Clients should register in advance to reserve a spot in all classes and private appointments.

Although we strive not to, Fit Therapy reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason. If your class is cancelled by Fit Therapy, you will not be charged nor will a class be deducted for that cancelled class.
