These 50-60 minute classes were designed to provide a unique and comprehensive workout. They are designed and conducted in such a way to actually provide results from work out to work. Some workouts will be designed for a full body blast, and other classes will target specific muscle groups. Pick your classes based on the “outcome” that you are looking for.
We keep our classes small compared to other mainstream group classes, in order to provide more personalized attention to each one of our clients.
Most of our clients have very little is any resistance training experience. Our trainers are aware of that, and will you take you under their wing.
We have scoured the globe for specialized equipment that meet our strict requirements. These well-structured workouts may include selectorized machines, non impact cardio equipment, cable machines, free weights, resistance bands, body weight movements, kettle bells, and various other tools.
Our resistance training workouts were created with the primary goal of enhancing your physique. Of course many other benefits follow (strength, bone density improvements, ,fat loss/body composition improvements, cardiovascular benefit, upgraded metabolism, mobility, and much much more.
Abs and Arms: This class covers your complete midsection (Abdominals) along with weight training dedicated to your upper body (Arms, Shoulders, Back, etc)
Full Body Circuit: This is our most “well rounded” resistance training class. This class will spend a bit of time targeting each muscle group (upper body, lower body, and midsection)
Sweat Therapy: has been designed to maximize calorie burn in minimum time, as well as enhance your cardiovascular system
Flex and Mobility: Don't let bad mobility impact your workouts or your life! Help combat stiffness, recover from workouts quicker, and learn to move more freely. Increased flexibility and better movement overall make your workouts more effective. If you weight train regularly this Mobility and Flex class is just perfect for you. (This class usually appears as a special event class)
Glutes and ABS: This new class combines exercises from Glute Therapy (the class that originally “put us on the map”) with effective abdominal and core work interspersed throughout the workout! A new favorite!
Lower Body Blast: While “Glute Therapy” is a lower body class, it primarily targets the glutes while intentionally minimizing overflow into the other lower body structures. This class however, very deliberately and effectively addresses your entire lower body! Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves, Inner Thighs. This class usually fills up very quickly, so book ahead!
Lower Body and Ab Blast: This class combines a comprehensive lower body workout (Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves, Inner Thighs) with a full abdominal work out!
Glute Therapy: This workout will selectively target all of the numerous sub-divisions of the Gluteal Complex! This class will expose you to a barrage of glute-targeted movements, challenging you far beyond basic squats.
Glute training is where much of Fit Therapy's special resistance training equipment really shines! A large percentage of our equipment selection was obtained from all around the world (Norway, Germany, Italy, and Canada) to assist in providing the most unique and effective glute workout possible.
