These 45-60 minute classes were designed to provide a unique and comprehensive workout. They may consist of techniques used in physique enhancement training, functional training, bodybuilding, and athletic performance. Some workouts will be designed for a full body blast, and other classes will target specific muscle groups.

We have scoured the globe for specialized equipment that meets our unique philosophy of training. These well-structured workouts may include selectorized machines, non impact cardio equipment, cable machines, free weights, resistance bands, body weight movements, kettle bells, and various other tools.
